Nanty Glo PA aka Mundys Corner. Age 62. Born on March 5, 1961, in Colver. Died on October 7, 2023, at home. Parents of Albert G. and Florene ''Renie'' (Tucker) Szekeresh. Preceded in Death by parents; also Jill Stevens and Brandon Jacoby. Survived by Daughter, Angela (John Sims) Lenz; Life Partner of 31 years, Sue Stevens; Sue's children, John (Chiaki) Stevens; Christine (Craig) Dimitroff; Scott (Rita) Stevens; Theresa Jacoby and all of their children. Grand Children, Noah Sims; Lilliana Tagliarino (Eden Mclucas and Steven Tagliarino). Sisters, Kathleen (Albert) Gailey; Michele (Dennis) Newcomer; Janice (Dale) Bradley; Charlene (Scott) Greasamer and a wonderful clan of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Employed last with Cambria County Maintenance Department and Ebensburg Moose. Danny was ''old school'' in many ways. He believed in doing a job right the first time and was a man of simple needs. He enjoyed his grandchildren, reminiscing with friends, riding his Harley, a good game of pool, softball, classic rock, classic cars and old westerns. Friends will be received Saturday from 2 p.m. till time of services at 5 p.m. at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Internment at the convenience of family in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Nanty Glo. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dan's name to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Street, Windber, PA or St. Mary's Cemetery Fund for Upkeep, 1020 Caroline Street, Nanty Glo, PA.
