Harriett Betty (Barnhart) Erickson

Harriett Betty (Barnhart) Erickson, Ebensburg, Age 74.  Died Feb. 5, 2024 at UPMC Altoona. Born Nov. 14, 1949, in Colver. Daughter of Harry and Betty (Semelsberger) Barnhart. Preceded in death by parents, beloved husband Lee. Retired Secretary from the Ebensburg State Center. Harriett loved to travel with Lee to many states. One of their favorites was the Outer Banks and they also enjoyed camping in PA. She was a big lover of horses and showed her Morgan in Western Pleasure. She also loved her Rottweilers, having several over the years. All of her beloved animals had a great home with Harrett and Lee. Harriett was a kind and loving soul who endured great pain in the past several years. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is now at peace with Lee his Sunshine. Friends will be received Friday from 2 p.m. till time of funeral serves at 4 p.m. at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Internment EUB Cemetery, Belsano.
