William Robert Merryweather

William “Bill” Robert Merryweather, Ebensburg. Age 63. Died March 1, 2024 at  Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown. Born Dec. 9, 1960 in Johnstown. Son of the Late Thomas and Cleda Jane (Miller) Merryweather. Survived by wife of 36 years Carol (Meintel) Merryweather. Brother Thomas and (Claudia) Merryweather, Ebensburg; sister in law Joan Meintel, Ebensburg, Brother in law Don and (Juanita) Meintel, Twinsburg, Ohio. Nephews Justin Merryweather and fiancé Keri Riggleman; Paul and (Candice) Meintel; Niece Megan (Michael) Hayden and 5 great nieces and nephews. Bill enjoyed going to camp, hunting, fishing, golfing with his family, friends and special buddy Ian McGhee. Friends will be received Monday from 4 p.m. till time of services at 7:30 p.m. by the Rev. Brian Warchola at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Internment Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
